Supreme Court Marriage Decision

On June 26, 2015 the Supreme Court in a historic decision, affirmed the rights of same-sex couples to marry throughout the United States, ending once and for all, this vestige of second-class citizenship. The ruling strikes down the remaining same-sex marriage bans in 13 states, including Missouri. This means that all Missourians, regardless of their place of residence within the state, have the freedom to marry, effective immediately.  For a list of counties issuing licenses click here
